No prob man, glad to be able to help others out. I, too, was concerned with how I was going to able to carry at work with my dress code, but I can tell you that for the last 6 months, no one has been the wiser. Only prob is that light colored shirts tend to allow the underlying black color of the grip to be slightly visible. you have to have a "tuckable" style of IWB holster: like a crossbreed supertuck, an mtac comptac, kingtuck, etc. They are designed to allow you to tuck your shirt between the clips and your waitband/belt..... I wear a tucked in dress shirt and tie M-F and have been carrying 24/7 for the last 4 months or so and no one has been the wiser...
