it doesn't affect it at all, the store is NOT selling for on premise consumption
red is on premise consumption if sales exceed 50%

check the license, sign=Blue, TABC can have the incorrect 51% sign removed if it bothers you.

the statement I made was in reference to the fact that liquor stores do not usually have a 51%(not 50 as you said it can be 50.4 and not qualify) if the liquor store is allowing people to taste test and they are not selling shots its not a violation of the law. I didn't say anything about anyone having an improper 51% sign
