Huge Thank you goes out to 74novaman, who took the time and effort to drive in to Killeen today...

My Lovely wife of 22 years received a Special cup of coffee from me in Afghanistan vie long distance remote control, on the day of Valentines. I got to make her smile on a special day, couples normally share together.

That the "gift" came from a company who supports our constitutional right to bare arms is a huge helping of icing on the cake.

74novaman, you wouldn't take my money, but you forever have my respect.

:clapping:

Well done, sirs. Both of you.

Amen. 74novaman, thanks for doing something a little and extra for our troops.

Their coffee is a bit pricey and I don't like coffee all that much so I'll be getting some tea.

Many college students are not aware of how much they spend on things like coffee, nights out, fast food etc. I don't think they would bat an eye at paying $5-7 for a drink at Starbucks, that would be normal-ish per drink at any other venue.

I am a college student.. we have a Starbucks on campus that accepts the cards students use for their "meal plan." LOL

Either way.. I dont normally buy their coffee b/c I only drink black coffee.. and the coffee at McD's is much cheaper.. and better. Same for the convenience store I frequent--they make fantastic coffee. But I'm willing to invest in a cup of coffee from them every now and then for their support.

Re: Starbucks on 2/14/12

I support them in their effort to respect our 2nd Amendment rights... but their choice to serve alcohol too worries me. If they do start serving locally, I wonder if next we see some blue 51% signs.. and eventuallly red 51% signs?

Re: Starbucks on 2/14/12

Confirm this, and I will switch my daily morning coffee from the 99 cent cup at McD's to the $2.50 cup at Starbucks.
