I wonder if the shirt was taken as evidence. Would be curious how much skin DNA would be left behind if it was grabbed. May be very little for all I know.

Assuming that he has a tax record, that will be pretty simple to get to the bottom of. Probably one of hte first things investigators will check. Background checks on both of them happened within minutes, I would assume.

If he subscribed to the remote storage there may be video. Mine does 30 seconds on movement. I have not tested it to see how long it would stay on with a longer movement window. It may possibly be able to provide one or the other some justice.

No judgements, but I would imagine the lawyers/prosecutors presenting affidavits from a couple dozen folks that the solicitor met that day. "So he peacefully visited all of these other homes, some were women alone in the home, and he picked you?"

I also suspect trouble for the homeowner although possibly not a conviction. Huge wide grey area unless a video pops up somewhere.
