My problem came when I ordered several PMAGS with windows and I got one that did not have one. Whoever picked it from the warehouse and shipped it just did not pay attention to the part numbers. The magazine window was a few bucks more and it was what I wanted.
So after I got my order and found the goof, I send them an email with photos of the packaging and described that it did not match the packing list and still wanted what I ordered. Two days pass then I get an email reply with an RMA number and instructions telling me to send it back (on my own dime) and when they get it, they will send me the correct one. I thought heck, why should I pay return shipping for their mistake? I replied back and suggested they just credit my charge card the difference for the cost of the magazines. I never got a response and I never bothered calling them anymore or emailing. They don't care and now I don't care to do business with them.
