This my solution also. It does make me hold my head abit higher than I'm comfortable with but it does work. Any lab should be able to them up the way you. In 1995 I took my prescription to the shop in our local Wal-Mart. They made them and even tinted the lenses yellow. My eyes were changing pretty quickly in those days, so I had to have new shooting glasses again in a couple of years.
Since then, I have not been shooting as much, so now I simply shoot by looking through the middle lens of my tri-focals.
