Can someone briefly explain what this is about?
It's about whether the bill was eligible to be placed on the Major State Calendar. Overruled

Re: SB11 Campus Carry House Floor Debate 5/26/15

Students for Concealed Carry on Campus posted this a few minutes ago:

"Texas Senate Bill 11 is currently being heard on the floor of the Texas House. It appears that the author had to agree to an opt-out amendment in order to end the chub (filibuster). We can only hope that any gutting amendments that get attached in the House will be stripped off in conference committee."

This may be the last one.
They update this site as they're introduced. There could be any number of amendments.

How do the postponed bills for certain times today come into play?

So if I'm reading this right...19, 206, 9, then 11. Is that correct?
Yes

I'm going to have hope until midnight, but that's just me.

I imagine the postponed bills will take longer, since they were probably postponed for a reason.

I don't believe it matters. This is the 2nd reading of SB 11. It requires a 3rd reading to "pass". Since the rules weren't suspended, the 3rd reading would be tomorrow which is too late.

I don't know if they can vote to suspend the rules again today.
I apologize for not knowing, but why is tomorrow too late?

Where is 910 in this picture? It's on that list of "eligible" bills at http://www.legis.state.tx.us/tlodocs/84 ... 150526.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and it's the very last one on the list.
Should hopefully come up tomorrow when they go through that calendar again.

I believe that 2nd reading deadline is today, while 3rd reading deadline is tomorrow.

Daily calendar
Seems like it's going by the Supplemental Calendar. SB 1580 that just passed wasn't on the Daily Calendar.
Correct. He asked which calendar do they start AFTER this one.

The daily calendar is at http://www.legis.state.tx.us/tlodocs/84 ... 150526.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; . SB11 is the 4th item on it. So does that mean they might get to it today? Chas said it was dead, so I'm just trying to see some daylight here.
Who knows? Depends how much they stall/filibuster. They have every opportunity to do that, however.
