This is what I thought was law in TX. If a person has locked the doors and kept me from escaping somewhere they are robbing with guns I think that is all the explanation you need. I hope that it was not the CHL-ers bullet that killed her, but even if it was the CHLer was forced by the criminals to take lethal action against them. Like I said before I am not dying in the back from being beaten to death by a hammer or poisoned to death by drano. If they locked the doors this was not smash and grab, they had something much much worse planned. Four rules, certainly, but things happen fast even if it is the CHLers bullet I would not fault them with anything but adrenaline and nerves.speedsix wrote:...does Texas have a law that if you're involved in a major crime and someone dies, you're charged with murder???

It is the locking of the doors that does it for me. Smash and grab is one thing, but like others have said before I am not dying in the back room from drano poisoning. This was not going to turn out well anyway it was sliced and I hold those criminals responsible for the life lost.
