I worry about this too. I considered having my glock painted purple just for this. You get them on the stand and ask "what color was the gun that she pointed at you." They answer it was a big black scary gun! You have your glock that clearly has purple grips---next case! I think we had a thread about this one time. I believe the op was a motorcycle rider who was accused of this when he was innocent.
I always wonder if the accused actually brandished or if the person calling in was simply thinking they did or even making it up to get you in trouble.
I read the story and it didn't say she admitted she brandished, would it not be one word against the other and no conviction?
