Really I think the way the police handled the last raid there where they tore toddlers out of mother's arms for no other reason than they lived in a community where *might* at the age of 14 be given in marriage (obviously too young--but really--removing 100's of children on such a small pretense) is what would cause another Waco. Just to be clear, I am not a fan of this community, polygamy is terrible for women, but so is the other time honored situation that still is ever so common of having a wife and then on the side having several girlfriends.
