AH, finally I am right, this is what I told him. I thought it was city owned but maintained by other individuals. I really cant remember who maintains the cars.
I definitely would not ride without carrying there as soon as i get CHL, the wait now is killing me. Its been almost 7 days, woo hoo

DART rail???
Does anyone know if this is off limits to chl? Not sure here, and another friend was asking in case he needs to ride. I was unable to answer. Thanks for the help in advance.
