I was told by someone at the range that you are only covered up to the grand jury if it goes beyond that you are on your own. You need to find out exactly what they are providing. If it covers your defense from arrest through the U.S. Supreme Court, it's a very good deal.
If it is simply pre-paid legal service, maybe not.
You also have to find out who would be defending you.
