Went to PD Saturday AM and informed them. They did advise for her to call next time. I told them we discussed this thoroughly. .

She is fine. No second thoughts. She chalked it up to experience. As I posted previously she is thankful she has progressed this far from where she was pre-CHL.

Did the police mention any call from the "SS" guys? I'd proffer if there wasn't, they weren't "SS" guys.

They were from an independent agency selling SS supplemental policies. Recently discharged vets trying to earn a living. I don't think they called, at least DPD had no record and DPD never contacted my SIL.

Sounds like just some overly polite gentlemen being ignorant of people's personal space. A good reminder to give a thorough look at the situation before making any rash decisions (not saying your wife did anything wrong). No one got hurt, and a lesson for those guys (hopefully) and experience for your wife if something similar happens again.
