Seems like an ongoing feud over a neighborhood business's noise level, a property rights vesus business rights issue that has escalated to include the police. Yes, I can see how that noise level reader looks like a firearm especially with that silencer on the end, but I think the news reporting these days is attrocious, and points are stretched beyond tortuous.
