Re: Bad plan: Carry under MPA, act as CHL, claim ignorance.
...some officers would be lenient and just warn you to be more careful about having it with you...but they could charge you, even though the computer showed them you have a CHL...I'd never trust their good will...those "unlicensed" signs where they sell beer could take a huge chunk out of the old kiester!!!

My only real bone to pick with Tom is his stance on being a sheepdog. His feeling is his only job is to get himself, and his family, out of the danger zone. If you are not smart enough to have learned how to protect you and yours, then that is your mistake. He does, however, envision some scenarios where he would intervene. I absolutely understand where he is coming from. His philosophy is that there are more ways for something to go wrong than there is for it to go right. He is so right...but I am not sure I can walk/run away if I might have prevented suffering. However, I respect his stance and the job he does to further gun rights.
Please see my quote below about a lie left unchallenged. That comes from Tom's Truth Squad.

...try again with the quote, please...

You can run away from trouble and in a last resort it has a lot more stopping power than a bullet.
Get your CHL and you don't have to worry about the distinctions and unlike a credit card its a proud piece of plastic to own.
...they do...saw a pair of them taking up the cookie aisle at WalMart last night...
