...most burglars brave enough to come in an occupied dwelling...or someone wanting to attack your bones, wouldn't let a little hollow-core door slow them down...you can hit them hard enough with an open palm to pop them open...let alone a kick...I want my P90 near at hand...

...I wouldn't be pretty OR helpless in the shower...the dogs would tear it up barking before he made it to the bathroom, and if he brought steak and they didn't bark...I've raised 3 boys, and when the shower curtain moves...I know the door's open...and my .45's less than 2 feet away from my hand...how do you think I got to be this old???mgood wrote:I don't know if the "shower rig" actually belongs to anyone on this forum or not. It does make me wonder where the line is between "cautious" and "paranoid". You're really pretty helpless in the shower. With the water running you might not hear someone breaking in or wondering around the house. They could be right there before you realize you're under attack.
