No. He didn't disobey the polic because no police gave him an order (lawful or otherwise). If you had actually watched the testimony of the non-emergency dispatcher you would know that 1) they are not police officers nor have police powers, 2) that dispatchers do NOT give orders, only make suggestions, due to liability issues, 3) even the non-emergency dispatcher agreed that it sounded like Zimmerman heeded his suggestion ("we don't need you to do that"), and 4) the dispatcher requested information on "which way he (meaning Martin) went", "what's he (Martin) doing now", etc even after he suggested (and Zimmerman apparently complied) that Z not follow TM.Tecumseh wrote:So George Zimmerman did not disobey the police and put himself in a situation where he was forced to use deadly force?
Add to the fact that if RJ's (aka "DeeDee) is to be believed, TM was almost home and, instead of going inside and calling the police about being followed, decided to go after that "creepy-*** cracker".
Sorry, but Zimmerman did not do anything illegal and, in totality of the evidence, doesn't even look to have used bad judgement. It's hardly Zimmerman's fault that TM decided to viciously attack, without justification or provocation, Zimmerman.
Ok. I'm done feeding the troll now.
