If this is true (and I don't doubt that it is), why can I go to GPSR and nail bulls-eyes all day long with my Marlin 60 and NOT have to point the barrel way up in the sky (exaggeration, I know)? According to the last time I was there (http://texaschlforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=57024), .22LR is only allowed on the 50yrd range.
