IANAL, but I work for a bunch of them. My understanding is that, like the Anarchists Cookbook and other unsavory texts, it falls under the 1st Amendment as she is just disseminating information. It's the use of that information which may or may not be legal. So, sadly, she's probably protected under the Constitution.

On the one hand, I'd love to see people like her get tried, convicted, and sentenced for all:

- aiding and abetting
- incitement to commit a crime
- criminal solicitation
- conspiracy

On the other, we have the 1st Amendment. Something we should all be grateful for and should defend at all costs. Even when we disagree with the person exercising that right.
