When I find myself at a steak house (used to be quite often for business, not so often now), I always order something other than steak. Last time I ate at Kirby's (Southlake) I had a fantastic rack of lamb chops. I'm always disappointed with steak house steaks. If I want a good steak, I cook it at home. /tangent

I don't understand the idea of seeking out management to ask about CC /OC in businesses where no signs are posted. Seems pointless at best, or an opportunity to be given verbal notice.
