The way I understand it (IANAL) is that CoE cannot bring charges against anyone until the injunction is lifted.FL450 wrote:So can some one familure with legilese please clairify. Open questions...
1. if I get caught violating the rule today, can CoE bring charges later, after the injunction is lifted?
2. can CoE bring charges on a violator today in the 5th circuit (Texas), when they have an injunction against doing so issued by the 9th circuit (ID)?
