Seems like this could be wishful thinking.
Regardless, the fight is still on.
I do agree that the 23 EO's (or EA's or whatever) amounted to much less than I was expecting.
And Harry Reid's comments were hopeful as well. (did I just say that Harry said something "hopeful"...?
