my understanding from the discussions around here, is "soft uniform" basically seems to be open carry? with a badge showing. The second problem around here, to the the treatment of the officer, was that the manager didn't ask the officer to cover, he wanted him to leave or take the gun out. Also, there is a rumor that the mayor owns the restaurant...not sure if that's true....
there are other Brazilian places that are better and a bit cheaper.
