I thought was already had laws regarding profiling? What in particular are you thinking that may come to pass as a result

I understood Senator West to like the Amendment because he felt that it would make it plain that profiling would not be tolerated.

Given what we saw today, I put no trust in anything Huffines says. He had no idea what he was doing out there.
He got it passed.
It was an irresponsible gamble that gained nothing and could have cost much more. It still may have, but only time will tell. He did it to gain notoriety for himself so he can run for Congress. That's not supporting gun owners, it's furthering his own interest.

Huffines kept saying that the "exact" amendment had passed in the house. So it would make no sense that it's not the same.

that was exactly what I understood him to say. He doesn't agree with open carry, but he understood that it was going to pass, because of that he was going to do what he could to "protect" he constituency and he felt that the amendment would do that.
