we CAN carry under CHL, just not in the buildings.
ok, but let's say I am driving on the St Mary's Campus down in San Antonio....I'm pretty sure they have private police, they also have a major road through their campus and I've heard they like to give tickets to folks. Now, I have a CHL, I'm perfectly legal to carry on that road or on any road through that campus. {now in reality, I've been on that road once and I don't give anyone any reason to pull me over}
