immunity only applies to prosecution, NOT to arrest....far as I know they can be held for 48 hours. sounds like lots enough to cover election day to me.

I heard on the radio this morning that there are suppose to be 3 teams in San Antonio , Bexar County. I think they said there were 12 teams in TX?

I'm not positive on any of this...it was about 6.00am, I don't normally see 6.00, I was heading out to BAMC again.

My thinking is that TX isn't a state that's really in "play", and since Greg has basically put them on notice they may, possibly, move along...
Let's face it, they are this years Black Panthers, only....really...no one is going to be intimidated by them, 'cepted maybe the poll workers.
