YAY!!! it's been a rough day, I need to see good news from someone

personally, if I'm on the jury and I find out that the officer did not feel that Mr Sampson was intoxicated enough to stop him from driving, nor was he intoxicated enough to ticket him for DWI, I'm going to find that he was not intoxicated enough to charge him for anything else. that's me, but I'm fairly normal in these things.

soooooo, the cop or "someone" is saying that the CHL holder has "allegedly" (always have hated that word, but I suppose it's correct to use here) carried their weapon into a 30.06 posted establishment? or somewhere else it's illegal to carry?

so what does "UNL CARRY HANDGUN LIC HOLDER " mean?

sorta feel like heading up to Bell county and walking around but then again I don't really have time in my life to be arrested

like I mentioned earlier, "the smell of alcohol" means nothing. One can smell of alcohol because of simply bumping into someone in a club, or in a parking lot during a party or concert. That does not mean One took even one sip of alcohol trust me, I know from first hand experience. His report should say "His breath smelled of alcohol" OR better yet, he should have a breath test.

honestly, I've always thought that was advice, not law. huh. I mean I know there are other Public Intox laws...why add "OMG, we was carrying a gun while we was doing X" it's like the hate laws, it's against the law to beat some one up shouldn't matter if they're brown, black or purple.

smelling of alcohol....hmmm, could be he was the designated driver and someone bumped into him and splashed their drink on him, it happens all the time, you should have smelled me by the end of my first and only trip to San Fran one New Years Eve...on second thought you shouldn't have...you would have thought I was a lush and that was just the walk back to the car

4 bottles of wine by herself???? really???? if I did that in a week I'd still be sick!!!!
