He said WHAT??? Oh, she's suppose to go home and "tend her children" meanwhile 4? other children will never, ever have their mother "tend" them!!!! Ooooo I know, I know....he's just doing his job, but he could have pick just about any other words...it's a good thing I wasn't the judge on the bench, I probably would have tripled the bail just on principle.

several things struck me about this story....all about the mom...this baby was 3 days old and the mamma had DRIVEN him to the Dr...(that's a feat in itself) then after having been shot several times was still fighting for her baby until she was hit by the car!!!!
{I really hope that baby boy is told that story often as he grows up}
