Salty, that's the reason we have a 238. The MUCH better half has very weak hands. It's the first SA she's found where she can rack the slide and operate everything with no problems. And the lighter recoil of the 380 help her skinny little hands. It's what she used to qualify for her CHL. I'm not a fan of the 238 myself as my longer fingers don't let me get a good hold on it. Fits her munchkin hands like a glove though.

And Ryan does make some nice holsters.
