I would say the driver of the RR's actions were spot on...with the exception of staying on the road. Remember in an emergency situation, road rules do not apply. He should have used his 4 wheel advantage to his advantage. (going over curbs and using terrain that wasn't MC friendly) Also, rapid application of the brakes when they were behind them may have helped to take a few more out as well.

As soon as the second stop happened, and the door was pulled open, I would have had to open fire.

This entire situation was ridiculous. If it happen here in Texas, there would have been some shooting...
