Some times it takes ammo to get them to take the Midol. (pause for effect) Of course It's used in self defense.G192627 wrote:LOL! I'd rather see ammo with midol than without.

Why do they call it 'PMS'?
Because the name 'Mad Cow Disease' was already taken.

New Cross Breed Super Tuck, Wally Walk and PMS
My long awaited Crossbreed Super Tuck Deluxe came in the mail today. I put it on and wore it around the house with my S&W M&P 40 for a while and neither my wife or kids noticed it so I felt comfortable to wear it out of the house. Went to the cleaners, no one noticed it. Went to Wal-mart and...

Re: Question I should have asked in class
Was wondering do I have to change my address before I get it or is it ok to do it after? Thanks. I had this very thing. I emailed them to find out the status of my CHL because it had been 3 or 4 months. While I was discussing with them the status I also informed the investigator of my new address a...

Dang i wish this plastic would show up...already! I know its only been a week, this wait is going to drive me nuts!! Fasten your seat belt, it took about five months for mine. I didn't complete the dates for past residences so I had to resend the info. My application languished therefor months unti...

Re: Female in need of CC suggestions for .40
I am your average size female (not skinny/not big) and can not find a holster for my .40 when it comes to anything other than bulky winter type clothes. What the heck am I supposed to do now that the weather is warming up? It will suck if I have to go to my BUG (.380) just to be able to CC :banghea...

Wally Walk by Accident
I got my card about two weeks ago. As luck would have it my wife needed to go to Wally world, so 20 minutes after I had my plastic I was carrying at Wal-Mart. But it was sheer coincidence because I hadn't found the forum yet and didn't know so many people did the "Wally walk" but while I w...

Re: Is it worth it, with all these restrictions?
I had something happen recently that showed me that at any time anywhere you may need your gun. A parollee was on the run from the police, had been all afternoon showed up in my driveway at the end of a dead end road in the country. I think the fact that I was standing in the driveway with a friend ...

Re: pre-CHL/how often do you carry?
Pretty much 24/7 wherever, whenever legal. If an impromptu side trip or something comes up, I disarm appropriately (discreetly) and proceed. I admit my wife did ask that I disarmed before going to church one time. She said it made her feel "weird". I wouldn't disarm at Church. There have ...

Re: IWB Holster for Laser/Light Equipped Firearm?
I may get a C5L for my PX4SC. However the sweet price range I would like to pay is less than $230 the saame I paid for my TLR-2 You'll be amazed at the size, quality and weight of it. It weighs almost nothing. It's worth every nickel. I have wanted a light and laser for a long time but this is the ...

Re: IWB Holster for Laser/Light Equipped Firearm?
Congrats for your laser/light? How does it hold zero? DId you have a chance to zero it and have some range time with it? As for the holster, you can either do a custom Kydex skin or use a belly band. I have had several hundred rounds through my gun with the laser and the zero holds very well. I am ...

Re: IWB Holster for Laser/Light Equipped Firearm?
You say the holster leans out, away from your body? Are you using a gun belt? While a poor OWB holster can cause that, it seems to be more common with a wimpy belt. The belt is thick and stiff but I generally don't like belt holsters. If I wear an OWB holster it is usually a paddle holster. The hol...
