Yeah I agree. I was proud when she went up there by herself without a push from me. I may take a job that puts me away from home from anywhere from a week to a month or more. Knowing mamma can hold down the fort takes a lot of pressure in that choice off me.

Re: how would you handle this.
My computer crashed for the final time and I have been working a lot sorry to leave this thread dead.
He is not a "juicer" if he is he is getting royally screwed. "UFC guy" was like someone mentioned he plays dress up as one. I only mentioned my country boy "attitude" to save someone telling me the obvious but I guess I failed! ha ha.
I was with Tracy and so was my wife. The leashing office (yes I am on a lease) has made no effort to contact us back and my wife went up there to see what was going on and the manager wasnt there.
I can't afford to move nor do I have time. I would make the time and money for it should we have that option. She wants to move to a first floor now, but again no response from management. Thanks for all the responses. Sorry for the delay.

how would you handle this.
Since becoming a card carrier and even a slight time before that I try to handle things in adult manner, whatever that may mean. I used to be a person that handled confrontation with confrontation. Anyways my wife had told me the people downstairs have been banging on the ceiling when our daughter, who is not even two, runs across the floor. We don't let this go on will tell her no jumping running etc. WHILE telling my daughter stop running they bang on the ceiling VERY hard VERY loudly and 3 times. My wife's obnoxious friend just so happens to be over THIS time and bangs on the floor back. I go in the living room after getting dressed and say no more banging back WE have to live here! So heres my problem. They have parties, play loud music, just are loud pretty much regular every weekend. I have never made any complaint, talked them about it, anything in anyway to give them the idea we have an issue with this crap. This time I decided to call the apartment and ask them if we can get moved to the first floor and explained we had wanted to do so anyways, but this kind of sealed the deal.
Moving would be a pretty big inconvenience but my wife is the one here most the time so its her that has to deal with anything I may do or say. Hence her wanting to move.
I would like to go knock on the door and ask them to please explain to me their issues, I have not.
Thoughts? Not sure if it matters but they are a younger couple with one kid. I have seen the guy he is a partier "ufc" kind of guy which I will assume will go down that "road". I have nothing to prove but the country boy in me knows how this would be solved outside the city limits of Mckinney.
All opinions welcome. For my local people how about this weather? Ill take a cooler spell but these storms canceled my finishing plans!
