The part that agrivated me was:
They needed to have undeniable proof that would assure a conviction, or they didn't dare press charges as it would be detrimental to her career.

If it were me or any other everyday Joe, that something like that happened to, would they be concerned about my career? Look how many people are in prison for suspicion beyond a reasonable doubt. If they needed absolute proof to convict a person there would be a lot more criminals walking the streets.

Oh, there are. Their politicians.
