I'm going to research this. Do you think that means that next time I visit Russia, I may be allowed to carry for defensive purposes?
When I read this I was wondering if you ever thought which prison you would enjoy more, Russian or Mexican?
Hahaha, no, I have no intention of going to prison, nor do I ever have any intention of going to Mexico. It would be nice though, I like Russia, but... <EDIT> It's not always the friendliest place to outsiders.
