One other thing about the hard core lefties. They keep saying there are "too many people on this planet". Okay, then riddle me this. How do you propose to correct that? And how many people would you have to eliminate in order to get it to a number they believe is right?

Food would be no problem. Algae and other simple plant life is quite easy to grow and an be made to taste like almost anything, even chicken.

Besides, if it is determined meat protein is really needed for long term survival all one has to do is to process it into little green crackers. Protein source would be abundant.

No doubt about it, we have warmed greatly since the last ice age. If you want some interesting reading, take a look at Michael Crichton's "State of Fear". While it is a work of fiction there are many non-fiction references. Must keep in mind that Crichton was a MD, which if memory serves worked more in research. He wasn't a dummy by any means.

About a year ago some CERN research was finished. After much delay starting and down playing the results it finally came out without much publicity. They determined that our climate change is largely related to ::::: changes in the SUN!! Imagine that. Of course the release, after the powers in control edited the results, said that it looked like the sun might have some impact on our climate. Some of the most politicizing of scientific research since Galileo. As was mentioned, it is so sad that the majority of people are so gullible.

BTW, everyone knows that the last ice age ended because some hippies were driving on the glaciers in a VW minibus belching out smog and puffing grass. Couldn't be any other reason, Right!
