It is basically a liability forum. It says if you were to shoot someone on the range or someone were to shoot you; you would need a very good lawyer to sue reds. Civil suits against the person who shot you would still be completely open. But reds itself would not be responsible. It also gets information for those who walk out on bills. I think they try sending a notice to the address letting them know they have an unpaid bill. But its really up to them if they come back and pay it.

At least this is how I read it.

I work at the north location. It doesn't surprise me that some of the forum members here shoot there; but I suppose I wouldn't know who you were even if I saw you.
