did they just forget to update? i haven't heard anything that changes that.
It was changed back in 1998 I believe. They added:

(i) Subsections (b)(4), (b)(5), (b)(6), and (c) do not apply if the actor
was not given effective notice under Section 30.06.

So you have to read to the BOTTOM of 46.035

Who taught your CHL renewal class? :wink:
