In my opinion what is to stop somebody from carrying multiple weapons with 10 round magazines. Draw, empty, draw, empty, and so on.

They received my packet on 10/14. As of this morning 11/4 the checklist says: Manufacturing. Three weeks to the day, should have next week I imagine.
