I submitted the form via email on Feb. 22 (notating for them to please respond via email)
The premises was checked on March 15 and they received a written warning for "Failure to Properly Display a Permit or License" and a written warning for "Failure to Post Required Sign"
They had a red sign up and their license is blue.
I called April 6 to get an update and they called me back April 7 and notified me two warnings were issued.
I don't think a 3-4 work turnaround is bad at all. The two people I talked with via phone from the Houston office were very professional and they get much respect. Them along with the TABC as a whole for putting the database online
