Should be.
All the stuff I have seen on State Affairs Committee meetings has been recorded and posted the next day, idk.
I watched a portion of State Affairs live this morning and many of us watched the SB 11 and SB 17 State Affairs hearings live when they happened.
I hope we can!

"S.B. 1907 prohibits a public or private institution of higher education from adopting or enforcing a provision prohibiting a CHL holder attending the institution from storing a legal handgun in his or her locked vehicle while parked on campus." Introduced in late April - Sent to Governor late May! With only 2 amendments, 1 House, 1 Senate.

Let's hope we get movement soon and nail-biting wont be required.....lol
And to me, this illustrates what they can do if the right pro-active players are on stage and they want to do it.
I agree K5GU.....it's not to late, but the clock is starting to tic....louder!

Re: Frustration Over Gun Bills' Progress

[quote="v7a"]Hopefully there will be some time left in the session after they're done with the important issues :smilelol5:

Lawmakers OK hashtags, but draw the line at 'Texas Time'
[quote]With 24 days left until the end of the session, a fast approaching deadline for committees to vote on legislation and a piles of bills left to debate, Texas lawmakers on Friday turned to ... hashtags, cowboy hats and daylight savings time.

...

Rep. Kenneth Sheets, R-Dallas, had a far easier time with his three resolutions to establish the hashtags, which are used to categorize tweets. The measures designate #txlege as the official hashtag of the Texas Legislature, #Texas as the official hashtag of Texas, and #TexasToDo as the official hashtag of Texas tourism.
