No it will not, but I have [Pre-paid legal service] anyway. They will not give you the $100,000 service because all that they cover is the cost of the attorneys. Things like expert witnesses and/or lab testing still come out of your pocket (and these can be huge expenses). Why do I have it? To me, that could make a big difference in the first few critical hours after an event. Of course, YMMV.
