Kudos to the lawmakers who passed that law. They have passed a new law in austin where the APD cannot search your vehicle unless you sign a form giving up the right. They can always get a warrent.
This takes out all possibility that a verbal response will be taken out of context, and hopefully will also cause people to think twice before they willingly give up their rights.
