This one goes around again.

With what, over 400,000 CHL holders in the state of Texas, I'd like to believe that we carry enough economic power to be able to persaude an establishment to pull down their sign.

I consider the argument that sending a letter informing an establishment that is improperly posted a letter (which doesn't tell them their posting is improper, only that NO CHL = NO MONEY) will magically make them research the statutes and correct their ways to be ridiculous.

And how does it make sense to give your money to an establishment that believes that despite an FBI and DPS background check, you're somehow the badguy? The sign being improper is only legal semantics, because the intent of the business is quite clear IMHO.

Political activisim does have the power to sway business policy. Liberals do it all the time. Its about time we fight fire with fire.
