This man is an avowed marxist who hates the country as founded and thinks he needs to "fix" this arrogant country (by which he means tear it down to its proper size). If that's not enough reason to vote him out, then I don't see how him being Kenyan or not is going to help people decide.
Actually, If it can be proven in court, he can be removed from office and all laws, statutes, edicts, presidential orders, etc., he has signed would be immediately voided. There is also the possibility that Biden could be charged as an accessory and convicted of a felony, thereby being removed from office, serving time, losing his law license and losing all of his government pension(s). The same could happen to Obama.
But the main benefit would be the pair out of office BEFORE the next election and inauguration.
