Currently, burglary of an Auto is a State Jail felony, subject to <2 years in the county Jail and is often prosecuted as a Class A or B misdemeanor. Formerly Burglary of an auto was a 3rd degree felony, subject to a sentence of 2-5 years.
I would bet the narco charges carry a heavier weight.
