Maybe people with expired licenses shouldn't renew. Save some money and carry anywhere they want, because 30.06 and 51% are just suggested guidelines.

For some reason I'm not too concerned about a diner suing for spoiled milk or a rapist suing because I shot them.

Maybe it's because I live in Texas.

Good question. If you already paid, DPS may decide that's when you submitted your renewal application. SECTION 7. The change in law made by this Act applies to an application for the renewal of a license to carry a concealed handgun that is submitted to the Department of Public Safety on or after th...

A man who would stand by and let women be raped on campus to advance his political career, instead of allowing us to carry a gun to protect ourselves, is not someone who deserves my vote no matter who runs against him.

Good for pool parties. It also looks useful for the mobility impaired with the remote. The FAQ says it will not overpower the lock and will sense the resistance and stop, so you can lock the door like normal. There's also a software upgrade for an electronic lock if you want.

It made the radio talk shows this morning in Houston. Some one asked what if the location was a convenience store or what if it was two men on a woman? I don't think it matters what type of business. Women and men are equal in the USA so that doesn't matter either. Compared to the mideast for examp...

After the latest report of the foiled terrorist plot involving the drug cartel being recruited as a hired assassin, we should use the same tactics across the border.
