I am a florist and the night before valentines we had a customer who was giving me a hard time( good naturedky) so I said " you are taking your life into your own hands messing with a florist during valentines!" Shook my finger at him, smiled and went back to my design counter to work. It was all I could do to not run out there and beat her senseless ( I take that back...she is already senseless!
). I figured rushing out there would not improve the situation so I fumed and stayed put until the customer had left and she came back into the back room... I said we need to talk and I took her to the back and explained how many ways it wrong to do that
she just did not get it and tried to argue with me! I expresses that it did not matter if she agreed, she was never to do it again. Thankfully the customer did not take it as threat and nothing further came if it.
My work is pro- gun and my boss is pro-carry. So we talked about my process of chl while working, it was not a big secret. We are a small tight nit group, with one nitwit. I knew she had judgement issues prior to my carrying, so I should have taken that into account when choosing who to tell. But it can not be undone.
