I've got 3 of the daltechforce gunbelts, a single layer belt, a dual-layer with stiffener belt, and their "SuperBIO Belt". It is definitely worth getting the dual-layer with stiffener belt instead of the single layer belt. I also wear the "SuperBIO Belt" every week and like it a lot too.

Beltman and other leather workers can usually shorten a belt by taking the buckle off, chop off about 6 inches, and reinstall the buckle.
