There will be people using that as evidence the NRA doesn't support concealed carry (such as GOA) for years to come. A bit of a miscue in my opinion.
With all respect, I disagree with your current assessment of this and urge you to give it some further thought.
The NRA is the big dog. As such, they are pretty savvy that their every move will be watched, dissected, and analyzed. I am not saying this is disastrous, just that it was a bit of a miscue.
