That is a bunch of garbage.

When Mel Carnahan died during the very tight 2000 election race against John Ashcroft, and was posthumously elected to the Senate(his wife was appointed), there was an interesting pattern noted after the election.

There were literally more votes cast in St Louis than the 2000 US Census showed as the total number of St Louis residents.

"Whopping 10 votes coming from voter fraud"??? Balderdash.

My issue with both is voter fraud. There is nothing to keep dead people or people that move out of state from voting.
